Overview
Even Word is a Comparative Bible application written for the iPhone 3G and iPod Touch.
Some of the most well-known translations, including the King James Version, the Amplified Bible, the NIV, the New King James Bible, New Living Translation, The Message Bible,
the French, Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and many other translations, are included.
The Even Word will allow you to read the bible in as many of these translations as you want side-by-side at the same time, from among over 40 languages and over 70 translations.
This form of reading the Bible in different translations side-by-side will give you a more well-rounded Word, a more well-balanced Word, a more Even Word :)
And, for you Lord of The Rings fans: Yes, the title "Even Word" is meant to be closely homophonic with the "EvenStar", and the application's icon likewise somewhat 'homo-visual'.
